- If the customer’s mobile number is not found available in the Indane Gas Online record, IVRS will ask the customer to enter his 16 digit consumer ID. When the 16 digit consumer ID will be entered by the customer. After that the customer’s mobile number will be registered and the booking done by the customer will be approved.
